About Us

Mailroom Pros is an SBA certified woman-owned small business, located just off of Highway 58 in Chattanooga, TN. We help our clients create efficiencies and cost savings through a suite of mailroom services delivered by our mailroom professionals. We service a variety of clients in various industries including hospital, banking, and insurance.

We are a member of the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) and have a great relationship with our Business Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) partners at Chattanooga’s US Postal Service General Mail Facility. We are Chattanooga's only USPS®-certified full-service mail provider. Our equipment is both CASS and MASS certified. We can also ensure your mail is NCOA compliant, which ensures your mail reaches its intended recipient, even if they've moved in the last 48 months.

About the Mailroom Pros team

Mailroom Pros opened is Chattanooga's concierge printing and mailing solution. We offer daily mail pickup and processing for postage discounts and have added services to support upstream capabilities such as design and printing. Our specialized knowledge in marketing, advertising, and mailing strategies influence our client recommendations to ensure our clients maximize savings and mailing efficiencies. 

We believe our exceptional team is what makes us unique. Our print and mail professionals collectively have more than 25 years in the industry and we are focused on helping our clients bring their vision to life. 

Ginger Killian McClure (owner), earned a PhD in Marketing from the University of Georgia. Ginger's mother began Action Mail Presort in 1985. Ginger worked in Action Mail Presort for a number of years, serving in both sales and operations roles. Prior to completing her PhD, she gained a practical understanding of marketing strategy through a variety of roles with Fortune 500 companies including Philips Electronics, American Honda Motor Company, and Allstate Insurance. During her time at Allstate Insurance Company, Dr. Killian consulted with more than 1,200 independent agency owners in the southeast region. She was recognized as Innovator of the Year for her contributions to customer experience initiatives. Many of her initiatives, including dashboards and workshops were recognized by Allstate’s Home Office as best practices and shared with other regions for implementation.

Amy Sanders (Chief Customer Officer), started with Action Mail in 2003 and worked there until 2011, gaining a practical knowledge of mail operations and customer-centered service. Amy's customer centered solutions-oriented approach further developed when she was the office manager of her father's Allstate Insurance agency for nearly a decade. Amy was Mailroom Pros second employee and serves as our operations and Chief Customer Officer. 

Rodney West (Print Project Manager), joined Mailroom Pros in early 2025 and has an extensive background in graphic design and print. Rodney's background includes more than a decade working in print shops throughout the Chattanooga and Cleveland areas. He's very knowledgeable on print techniques and holds exceptionally high quality standards for every print piece he produces.

Edwina Culver (Office Manager), joined Action Mail Presort when she retired from Truist Bank. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our operations and is well-connected within the community. Edwina's banking knowledge and expertise is vital to keep our operations running smoothly.
